It really will! He loves his mother a lot but his father kind of kept him away from her. NK was busy moulding Kunal to be like him, lucky he isn't anything like NK because he's more like his Dadu!

Yeah.. I sort of see it now. Kunal was just kept so busy trying to fulfill NK's expectations that he wouldn't have had much time to see what was happening in his own house.
