Because mangalsutra n sindoor are options nowadays in shows too instead of necessity. In many shows, d heroines stop wearing them after just a week. Anika wore them for longer dat is for 2 months till if she stops wearing them after dis montage release. Even Pinky n Jahnvi dont wear them. There is a separate post regarding Anika's mangalsutra😊.

They hired a very famous photographer for dbo initial photography, he only took this one so possibly he would have told her to go without it!
