Agree , why so suddenly everybody turns against gauri, person who is already phobic towards commitment or to fall in love how on can he fall in love with an arrogant, living her own life girl , Om needs an emotional push and a devoted loving full of life girl can do this who can bear his mood swings [LOL] Om's character didn't shape up this way only for dbo
i think basis were laid in ib, and from there Hu journey started in dbo with the drastic changes in him , these changes were bound to come and it would have come in any body who has faced a lot, only thing which was not on its place was Svetlana she was give too much lame Ss , which has been solved now story is back on track , I don't know then why there is so much negativity,

Most people don't have problems with usual FLs doing the sort of pp jaap that we got to see in DBO...

u know leave the rest best part is when ever there is any such post bashing any character it instantly gain 250 views mission pink😳 and it is good for the forum too😆

I just don't understand what the hue and cry is about. As a fairly neutral viewer-by that I mean I am neither pro-Gauri nor against her-I don't see why everyone is ranting about her pp jhap. It's not a novel occurrence, aren't all female leads on Indian television essentially the same? That's how they get Trps. They show a self-less, larger than life woman who is willing to sacrifice anything and everything for her better half irrespective of his interest in her or treatment towards her. How is Gauri any different?

Others may not touch the ground their husbands walk on but they show it with their actions, they are all the same.

That's how television has been for more than a decade. It's ridiculous and we find it difficult to connect with but that's how it has always been and that's precisely why it's called a 'Drama' (ours may be a bit too over dramatic though ;) )

If there's anything to be disappointed about, it has to be the storyline but that's apparently getting back on track, so let's just enjoy the show for what it has to offer for now.

It's amusing to me that the excuse of TRP is thrown again and again as if DBO is getting some record breaking TRPs. The ratings
of this show is decreasing every week and now even the rival show has also equaled us(or I say beaten us) in TRP. Last week there was no Svetlana overdose either, so there is no excuse of Svetlana or IPL here.

Secondly, just because people like Gauri's PP jaap, her regressiveness that doesn't mean everybody should like it.

Everybody has the freedom to give their opinions, whether positive or negative. Last week also I saw one Gauri fan telling others to stop watching the show and stop giving negative opinion about Gauri. Is that right?Whyis it whenever anybody expresses their not so positive opinion about Gauri, they are being told to shut their mouths and stop giving their opinions?

First of all, this forum is meant for discussion of positive and negative things. This is not for just praising the show and the characters.

I am not saying people shouldn't praise their favorites. Let them do that but at the same time they shouldn't stop others from giving their opinions on the show and the characters just because they don't like them.

That's what I said even last week but still few Gauri fans are continuously mocking others for criticizing Gauri.

sorry I am not a gauri fan particularly, I watched ib for Om,left it when ishana came as I didn't like her,I couldn't see any chemistry at that Time even now I am not discussing her shortcomings ,I just stopped watching that's what I can do , because there may be a lot who like that lead , she was gone I was watching again till dbo came and I liked rikara , yeh there are things which needed to be toned down and I think CVs are working towards it but every day when you read negative comments , it hurts those who love to watch rikara,

I understand they are disappointed because they were promised something else but even with a grey FL she wouldn't have stayed that way for long and we all know this. Makers would have changed her too..like with ALL other shows! Heck, even Om is not the same Om he used to be. All these shows start on a different note and 4-5 weeks into it everything changes. That's how TV has been, my point is why debate over something that even if granted would have inevitably changed into this! That would have been even more disappointing😆
