Why did Karuna ma say that if Shaurya comes to know who Mehak is, then it will be a disaster?

No guesses for zkm, only ST knows what it is. All I want is Mehrya under the same roof.

I think she said if Nani knows who Mehak is there will be catastrophe, didn't she?
