What do ut hink..is it rite that tv reaches more peopel than films?

yes i think now ppl watch more serials then film.

yh i think t/v has more pl. mainly bcoz ppl can't be bothrted to go to the cinema or buy dvd's. probably they'll just wacth it if it come on t.v but osince there old filsm they won't bother to watch them

It is the sheer availability at the touch of the button to all kinds of worlds that has made TV a bigger player when we think of its impact and reach. Why people are going less and less to movie theatres is coz of TV, the soaps have almost made it possible, all Ekta soaps are films inspired.
For escapism one does not need to go all the way to a theatre just watch the drama unfold at home thanks to TV.

I think that people watch more serials than films because they can't go to films since they have no time, they are too lazy, or don't want to spend money on a movie they might not like so they wait to see on tv.

Well, it's pretty pain and simple. TV is for FREE most of the time and movies/cinema aren't so of course tv is going to reach more people than cinema.

yes.tv reaches more people than films.without the hassles of travelling and standing in queue,one can just lie down ,relax and watch tv.all one has to do is press a button.

Yeah TV does because movies end in three hours we talk about them for next hour and then forget it.

But seriols go on for like 4 years and we talk about them all year round right? that's why we are here. So yes that's why the Serial producers should convey good messages unlike...Well, I am not even going there!
