As Katrina Kaif posted her picture on Instagram, Salman Khan welcomed her on the social media platform.

Social media is an addiction and like million other addicts. After she made her Facebook debut on her birthday last year, the actor has been quite active on it and has been giving her fans a sneak peek into her lifestyle through her several posts. Now that she has become an FB pro, Katrina has decided to try her hands at other social media platform too. This time it is Instagram on which we got to see more of the publicity-shy Katrina.

Katrina already has 325000 followers and she posted a single picture till now. Among the first to welcome Katrina to Instagram was her Tiger Zinda Hai co-star Salman Khan. "Pls instantly welcome on insta The Tigeress Zinda hai @katrinakaif," Salman wrote.

It is always said that Katrina Kaif has a soft corner for Salman Khan.

Katrina Kaif who was introduced in the Bollywood industry by Salman Khan actually seems a huge fan of him.

Katrina Kaif talks about working with Salman Khan again in Tiger Zinda Hai after a gap of five years.

While speaking to Indian media when Kaif was asked how is it working with Salman, the actress replied, "I have known Salman for so many years now. After shooting with him for a long time, you miss his flamboyance and his fun side. He has a great sense of humour and flamboyance. He has a way of living life, where a great energy buzzes around him. It comes as a force and flood when you come back to the set with him. He has an amazing aura and warmth around him."

Katrina is currently working with Salman Khan in Tiger Zinda Hai which is directed by Katrina's best friend Ali Abbas Zafar.

Salman and Katrina have worked together in films like Ek Tha Tiger.

She is teaming with Khan after a gap of five years for Tiger Zinda Hai.

Mumbai: Katrina Kaif who debuted on Instagram on Thursday, has her account verified already!

The actress garnered 168k followers as soon as she created her account.

After strategic planning with the international team of Instagram, Katrina finally posted her first picture. Post which, the number of her followers multiplied to 321k.

She captioned the picture as, "new beginnings ... coming from my happy place #helloinstagram."

Salman Khan, as usual, took to his Instagram account to welcome the diva.

He wrote, "Pls instantly welcome on insta The Tigeress Zinda hai @katrinakaif."

Time and again Salman has supported Katrina Kaif as and when required.

Back then, when the actress had joined Facebook, it was Salman again, who posted a welcome message for her on that platform.

We think Katrina believes in going slow and steady on the social platforms, as well as life in general.

On the professional front, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be seen together in 'Tiger Zinda Hai', which is a sequel to their 2012 film 'Ek tha Tiger'.
