I think I may have luckily discovered the movie after searching the net like crazy! I believe it is called "SACH" (1990). Has anyone seen this movie and can confirm if it is indeed the one that I had described in my original post? Thanks

It looks like right movie. It is 1989 movie. And couple are lovers married to other people.

You can find out for yourself, this movie is available on YOUTUBE.

The couple in this movie are married... to other people... So talking about the murder means revealing their affair - That's what the stroryline says
