In my opinion I think the public being involved should only happen at the end the most deserving person will win. If public is involved in the beginning then war between fandoms happens.
Then people would at least think it is a tad more fair.
Of course there would still be unhappy people but that is the story of life.
This is just my opinion share yours 😃

Nah! It should be as it is! 50-50

Whatever said and done this is a business. And the celebrity contestants should be able to bring in audience and if they put the popular contestants out in the very beginning the show's very concept goes off.

Audience of a show like NB or JDJ don't watch it plainly to watch dance. This is a celebrity show not a dance show for professionals. Basically it is not DID. Therefore fan involvement in mandatory.

I remember one time where a celeb dance show had no public voting. (Ekta's brain child) It was called Kabhi Kabhii Pyaar Kabhi Kabhii Yaar in 2008 and sank like a stone.

The only thing NB needs to straighten up is the judging 50%. It needs more seasoned judges who actually know about dancing techniques etc. I miss Saroj Khan from the olden days. If we had judges like her who were blunt to the point of rudeness and called a spade a spade and gave marks accordingly most wouldn't feel shortchanged by the public voting system and it's impact. Because then marks would have carried the same weight too. Not like the random headless marking like it is now.

True I see your point but the only thing I dont like is the wars between fans of each couples. đŸ„±
Anyways I saw Saroj Khan OMG she was one scary judge. Now days there are not many judges like that. There was Remo when he was on jhalak but not any more.
Terence is only hard on certain people. But ya judges like that are needed.

^^ lol yah Sarojji is scary!! She ate up my own favs alive in NB2 and I still like her cz of her impartiality and accurate judging.
But if ur concern is about fan wars trust me not having voting won't reduce it even 1% lol fans r still gonna fight just as much! Tbh though this forum is very mild compared to one like JDJ forum where things went up like fireworks! 😆
You shouldn't let these things get u. Just laugh at all the things that are being said and have fun don't take it too seriously. That is how I deal with it when my own fav participates in a reality show.. đŸ€—

I will go for no voting till semis..I knw ths s a celebrity dance show so voting matters Bt tht doesn't mean one who can't even dance or just doing lifts and moves takes the trophy and the one who deserves to reach gets eliminated...So yes voting matters Bt after some weeks so tht the competition gets stronger on the basis of performance not popularity...

@bold I agree... I watched only 1 ep this weekend and performance of Shoaika the judges gave positive comments but nothing to suggest what more they could've done. Tbh every performance the judges don't criticise the performance too much.
