Ayan should be punished for manhandling maya n trespassing in her property.

When i saw the episode it fits the story of saanjh. Ayan clearly did not have interest to rape maya.

At the door when maya says " i will die but not allow u to take u ur brother"

He says i will punish you with something worse than death than pushes her away ( he doesn't drag her to rape her)

When samay intervened he says chod do muje , ussne mere bhai ko bandh kia hai. His outstretched hands i guess point at keys

NOW if ayan wanted to rip maya 's clothes to get key still he is wrong n should be punished for abuse n maya for instigation n staging rape.

But are we sure ayan ripped cloths on purpose? It was not by accident during struggle? May be maya planned to trap ayan in physical assault but when her sleeves were torn it struck in her head i can charge him for attempt to rape ? More effective way to separate arjun from ayan!

Didnot maya say lies so confidently in court about fake pregnancy?

We saw she lied to media n than forcing arjun to have relationship. But in court she put blame on faulty kit.

Than she tells about fake abortion to taunt saanjh n divert her attention but again fails. If saanjh had more solid evidence than her stripping drama would have failed too n maya was already triggered to show beyhadh side. She would have tried her best to make her day dream a reality.

First when he corners maya near table she runs he tries to stop her with his left hand . He cannot grip her right hand n sleeve is torn accidently . If it was intentional he would used his right hand to tear right sleeve that would be easy way to rip maya 's cloths if it was intentional

2nd tym also cloths were torn by accident

ayan is not holding maya 'shand in compromising position he is pushing ground to get up

Now after watching this

I know saanjh is not making up any story n her story matches the circumstances n tymline of event.

Ayan did not intend to sexually abuse maya.

The way he handled maya to get key was wrong when there is legal way to release his brother. So he can be punished for this.

We are not certain that ayan planned to get keys by stripping maya or just scarring her. Cause he was shocked n denied rightthere when maya accused him infront of samay.

We are also not confident that ayan has torn cloths on purpose or accident. To me it look accidently.

But we are almost certain that maya staged this incident.
