Let me shoot you down with some questions.

Maya knew about the cctv cameras. Ayaan didn't. Why didn't maya shout out in defence that Ayaan cctv will go against you and you will be in jail? Supposedly she wanted ayaan to do things that cctv records.

Why didn't maya run to a room and lock herself up? Why didn't she run out of the house and call for help? No she was waiting for police to come and see things the way she wanted them to.

Why didn't she shout out to jahnvi? Do you think ayaan would have raped her before her mother? No because she wanted both arjun and jahnvi to only hear things and not see.

Why didn't she bring out her licensed gun? Why didn't she kick box or do anything to defend herself rather than just plead? You think she's that weak? Have you ever seen a rape scene ever? No because she was staging a crime scene.

A woman being under the threat of rape would be much more defensive. But no. She knew ayaan won't in a million years rape her. So she was basically no fear nothing. Just staging a crime, preparing cctv footages to her favour.

Most importantly ayaan never aimed at her private parts. He only aimed at her hands, shoulders, fists. Except while he fell on top of her that too how hw fell was not shown, the scene then shifted to arjun. And his own head was on the other side of her neck so no one knew what he actually did.

Basically if ayaan had to rape her he would not have done her in the leaving room. Would have taken her to a secluded room, locked her up and did what shit he felt. So basically your allegations stand nowhere once you analyse miss!

Ayan may not have intentions to rape Maya. I agree. But you just justified his manhandling a woman. Great

The greatest mistake however ayaan did was to enter the 'hell' 'trap' alone. Yes breaking into someone's house is an offence. But getting into a relative's house and trying to meet him is justified. And letting someone not meet his brother by drugging and locking him up is a crime. So if ayaan took legal help, he would have been at privilege. But he's impulsive. Like his mom. Doesn't understand saamnw waala's gameplans. And acts stupidly.

Clearly, If he meant 'rape or rape threat' it would not have worked with Maya, because she called the police & handed over him promptly!
She is not afraid of him on that!She is not the one to implode inward! She is even ready to take him to court!
So what else could it be! Was he threatening her that he would expose the 'slavery & sufferings' of his brother? Would it harm her reputation/standing in society? Will she be ready to admit that in the court, if a question was put to her, say, why Arjun could not come & save her in time?
