it's not easy for a woman to report harassment of this kind. It generally needs support from many people or banding together or several victims to get justice. And even if she doesn't want to file the case and go through the legalities, it's her right. As it is of the guy to file the defamation case..I do think thats still missing against that anonymous blogger..heard they have tracked her details and keeping it safe.

What is even more absurd that TVF wasn't following the guidelines which should be accounted for.

Yes, like every rule, law, religion, has some idiots misusing it , similarly the laws can be misused by few but the intentions and the need of such laws should never be questioned especially in India.

I like how society just ignores the casual sexism and normalizes the behaviour while takings digs at "feminism".

de ignores bcs women demself ignore all dis n keep quit , jinke saath hota hai de act like "its ok ye toh hota rahta hai " complaint nahi karoge toh police n society khaak help karegi , y de need support to file a case , de can do it alone , police protection de degi , victims ka first reaction hota hai "avoid it , ignore" de dont want to face it , de dont want to fight against it , grow a spine n do it rather den hiding it , i will blame victim for it
