The problem is, this scumbag doesn't even know that what he's doing is wrong. He just doesn't get the concept.

There's million more scumbags out there who think it's alright to grab a woman from behind in the bus or drag them away and rape them. All these harassment cases stem from one, similar vein of thinking.

Just to give out a message to all these vermins out there, they should castrate all the offenders caught for sexual assault.

Unbelievable that even at public places he was so confident in having sexual talks and groping women. He probably was over confident that he is powerful and so none of the girls will speak against him. Many many girls still don't come out due to society. Absconding means he is guilty.

But he is rich and powerful so he will be freed very easily.
