Another case filed.Well I hope he is happy that he can now finally fight this in the legal way. Just that I don't know how absconding is fighting but anyways, he got what he wanted.

Good work all around. I like how they have kept the anonymity of the girl. I also feel that this case has garnered support from well-wishers. His running away gives it away.

it's not easy for a woman to report harassment of this kind. It generally needs support from many people or banding together or several victims to get justice. And even if she doesn't want to file the case and go through the legalities, it's her right. As it is of the guy to file the defamation case..I do think thats still missing against that anonymous blogger..heard they have tracked her details and keeping it safe.

What is even more absurd that TVF wasn't following the guidelines which should be accounted for.

Yes, like every rule, law, religion, has some idiots misusing it , similarly the laws can be misused by few but the intentions and the need of such laws should never be questioned especially in India.

I like how society just ignores the casual sexism and normalizes the behaviour while takings digs at "feminism".

It wasn't until another man (Hannibal Buress) went after him and SIXTY women came out. It's easier to come out when you know you don't have to fight alone.

That's how much society favors men that SIXTY women had to fight ONE man for them to be believed.

When one in a million cases ends up being a fraud, men start screaming and shouting against feminism. They're just looking for any excuse and troll around looking for one until they can start their whining again. Most of these internet whiners are nothing but angry men who can't get dates and hate women. A lot of these Trump crazies have also come of the same angry pick up artist community.

Finally. Though action should have been taken earlier as it was not just single anonymous but at least 10 ladies coming out and posting against his molestation .

Now his absconding almost proves that he is guilty .And he had the gall to go on and say he was complementing on someone's looks. I hope this serves as a lesson to others in future.

his behaviour kind of made the whole case clear. avoiding legal procedure is an evidence of guilt actually. he should be severely punished so that in future people would think hundred times before harassing any woman.

but I thought truth already prevailed...till yesterday just because nobody came forward to file an official complaint it was PROVED that all these women were attempting to assassinate mr. kumar's character as they were oh so jealous of his success.
