Agree.. they should bring in the twists more often now.. instead of packing everything towards the end, pace it evenly.. well, today we atleast got to know bit of Arjun's side of the story.. that he wasn't the one to murder Ashwin and push Jhanvi .. from precap it seems that Samay is finally gonna snap.. he has reached that point where he can not take anymore of Sanjh's Arjun jaap just like us audiences.. I would like to get more insight into his character and see how his story ties up with the Maya-Arjun's.. You are right, loony Maya might have a harness around her waist .. I think that's how she has stopped Arjun from leaving her.. suicide attempts.. That bed scene was so funny😆 I was literally in splits.. I bet they laughed offscreen

Re Samay, he has some connection to Maya. Maybe he is Maya's ex and will ultimately be the one who will be Maya's support. Today the way they showed Samay when Maya was dancing, there was this expression on his face which made me think he may be Maya's love interest in this show.

Arjun-Jhanvi scene was nicely done. Our duffer is a good hearted duffer and he clearly cares about both Maya and Jhanvi. He may have fallen out of love with Maya but he cares about both those two souls in that house.

Maya's never had anyone in her life before and hence her obsession with Arjun when she fell in love with him. If they show she had a bf before then that would kind of negate the whole insecurity and possessiveness that she feels for Arjun, because if she capable of forging relationships with other people then why would she want to hold on to Arjun so badly.

The whole Maya-Jhanvi scene I thought was really to show what Maya actually feels about Jhanvi. All her indirect and direct taunts to Jhanvi about how she never stood up for her in front of Ashwin, how she was not a good mother, how she was never there when Maya needed her and how Now when Maya needs her she is again incapable of talking and helping her, I think all of this was to show Maya's suppressed resentment for Jhanvi.

When Maya said "If my daughter was like this..." I felt like it was indirect acceptance by Maya that there was something wrong with her and Jhanvi was doing nothing to help her. I am not sure Maya keeping her leg on Jhanvi was meant to signify anything. Maybe just to show how Maya was in her own world unaware of what she was doing, or maybe when Jenni just fell on the bed in that position her leg was on Jhanvi and it was not intentional or done for a purpose. Not sure.

About Samay I have a theory which is quiet dramatic btw. Samay and Maya would have been together in a rehabilitation center. I would like to believe that the 'Maya ka such' they kept on emphasizing may be that she attacked Ashwin when she couldn't take anymore torture from him and he pressed charges against her for assault, hence she was sent to a rehabilitation center as she was a minor. Probably Samay fell in love with her or both reciprocated same feelings or both were good friends but after finishing the term or getting cured they got separated and Maya totally forgot him and went on to become a successful businesswoman. So, this makes Samay the one who knows a lot of things about Maya and who understands her ways better.
