I think Kunal is either her nephew or son and so she doesn't want anyone else to develop.

She is avenging Dadaji and Chauhans for not letting her get married to NK. And is still having and affair with NK. 😆

Or it's something about property rights.

Even I used to think she loves NK but dadaji got him married to Nirmala. I think Kunal & Karan are NK and Nirmala's Son and Khayti is NK and Sandhya's daughter 😆
