Ive seen both Nh10 and Phillauri and loved them! While NH10 shocked me, Phillauri made me smile n teary eyed at the end... I jus want to say Anushka Sharma is definitely creating a path of her own...her films might be small but they have a big heart...I hope this is jus the beginning for her n she goes onto help create many more untold n interesting stories...please go n watch phillauri so clean slate films n Anushka can keep doing what they r doing! 👏

Phillauri is a flop film why appreciate? It got 2 star reviews. 😆

Anushka is nothing without big banner films. ZERO.

Actually Anushka has done what no A-list heroine has ever been able to do before (outsider or star kid) - she has produced 2 movies at the peak of her career...without any film-maker or producer father's help! This is jus the beginning... wait n watch. Sorry u hate her so much! pity u😆

Havent seen Phillauri and not really a great fan of Anushka..

But I have watched NH10 and liked it a great deal...

And above all, I would like to appreciate how she deals with the finance and manages to make good films on such tight budgets...

Everything she touches turns to gold...she not only has pristine unadulterated looks but also a very nice bubbly personality. Just watched her on Indian Idol..wherever she goes she creates magic with her beauty and presence.

Now she has become producer and this is first step. She is not too rich to sponsor big names...gradually she will rule bollywood..destined for greatness..

Unlike some wannabes...over hyped ..average lookers...selfie takers..attention seekers...frustrated out of work..out of sight old timers anushka is just about to take off...she is a plane all set to fly...those wannabes are rickshaw that has lost track and ended up in naala.

anyway good luck Anu...

Your love...

Hippo

wth is going on here

looks like that wannabe jealous of anushka and pushing her...

Producing is no big deal. She is making films for herself when no one else is offering her good parts. She is doing herself a favour, not the film industry. NH10 was a semi hit and that was fine but Phillauri is a flop that doesn't deserve any appreciation. If anything poor Diljit deserves it for helping the film despite getting a raw deal in terms of role.

At least she is producing the film and not having daddy produce it for her like your favorite assuming Sonam is your fav . 😆

On Topic: The fact that Anushka as a woman and as an outsider has embarked on producing in a nepotism, chauvinistic place like BW is remarkable. Kudos This is how change and progress comes into the industry.

Why bring Sonam into this? Did I anywhere say Sonam is better? 😆 Lame.

And even though Anushka is an outsider, she isn't like Nawazuddin and the likes who actually had to struggle through small roles in small films and finally rising to being a star. Anushka had it easy right from her first film: opposite SRK and a film directed by the elusive Adi Chopra and a 3 film deal with Yash Raj. And she clearly said she never faced any nepotism in Bollywood, it is obvious why!

^^ she started training as a model when she was 13 years old.. Going fully professional by the time she was 15.. and she got her first movie after having auditioned for few more and not getting them.. she auditioned for RNBDJ & got it after going through an audition process with 100s of other girls.. And making it..
Then she signed the 3 films deal..

These didn't just fall off the sky in to her lap.. She worked for them.. unlike the star kids..

So after she makes her own money with her hard work and invests it and creates movies in a very male driven industry it is a commendable thing!

I know u r no Sonam fan despite using her DP.. but if u r a woman at least u would have a basic appreciation for another woman who is trying to make a positive change for other women to come.. little steps but these changes of A list successful actresses producing movies, acting in women centric content driven movies, be it Anu, Vidya, Kangana, even Sonam & the other girls is commendable! And I wish them all the very best!

No one denied she went through auditions. I am only saying she had it much easier than ppl like Nawaz or Swara Bhaskar. And by saying star kids dont have to work hard you exposed your ignorance. A hard task master like Bhansali would not take someone just because they are a star kid or a big star. There were bigger starkids than Sonam still he took her, means he must have seen something in her.

And you are nobody to comment on whose fan I am and whose fan I am not. Stop being judgemental and personal and talk about the message than the messenger. Acting in women centric movies is definitely commendable but when you make a flop movie, accept it with grace that it's a flop movie rather than expecting ppl to appreciate u just because you made a woman centric movie.
