Well I would definitely talk to arjun and saanjh to limit their friendship and certainly don't spike in drinks. I would point out to their mistakes. Just like maya taught a lesson to arjun for drinking.

You are talking as if Arjun or Saanjh will listen. Arjun will tell her that you are jealous of our friendship. Like how he said Saanjh that she is jealous of his progress. What about Saanjh? When she does not listen to her own parents, what is she going to listen to Maya?

We should always do the right thing hoping for the right results. Saanjh s parents must have told but maya was extremely well with her infact maya dint allow her resign and even when she was pregnant which was obviously fake she asked u will help me know to take care of two kids. That's arjun and baby. So as long as maya and arjun need her and maya has no problem. Saanjh dint bother much.

In my perspective saanjh had to become selfish and distanced her self from these two because of her own happiness. This is biggest flaw of her character that she is least bothered about her life when it comes to arjun. I m 100percent sure if arjun is danger she will ruin her life to save arjun. That is not her selfishness but her selflessness.

Whenever she talks about her boyfriend she is always comparing him with arjun
If I was getting married I would never compare my fianc with my past and arjun was never her boyfriend so I don't understand why she keeps comparing her boyfriend with arjun when her and arjun were never a 'thing'

Practically it's not easy to move on when yuh have loved one person all along your life since the time you know what love is. One can move on when that very person disrespects and humiliates you as Arjun did to Saanjh and someone else starts making space in your heart, so may be she has moved on. It depends on how close she has been with the new guy, if it's just a rebound after being heartbroken then moving on isn't possible. Whether moved on or not, the moment she realizes Arjun is suffering she will reach out to him, she has grown up with him, been a second mother to him, has always put him above her, has shared small big all things, so even though she has moved on she will reach out to her duffer the moment she knows his life is messy.

Arjun was someone who she loved from childhood. If childhood shaped maya the way she is then childhood shaped saanjh the way she is. Why is it so difficult to accept? Vandana needed saanjh since arjun hated her from childhood. So obviously saanjh turned to be closest to arjun. Arjun was more dependant on saanjh. Everybody in family also wanted them to be together. She just accepted it subconsciously. So what wrong? So she always kept arjun s happiness above her. It was difficult to watch ArYa but arjun never let her go and she dint go because his happiness was above her. Dancing with a married man was she was drunk. She wasn't in conscious state. Subconsciously she always loved arjun. One cannot stop loving an individual it takes time to get over it. What matters is saanjh had no intention of stealing him from maya.

A lot of it goes to the director/creatives, because honestly despite having a interesting and different story line, the character build up of all the characters in this show is disappointing. Very weak, inconsistent and confusing, it seems like creatives keep oscillating in building up of all characters. That being said, like you even I don't get how anyone can find Saanjh as selfish. Immature yes, stupid yes but selfish no!
