Tbh Arjun really according to me never loved Maya.For him it was like luxurious life and beautiful wife.He thought he would be free bird and Maya would be docile and naive.After Maya signed the property in his name he was sure she would be that.Accordimg to him Maya is keeping him as prisoner and he hates her,but at the same time he isn't even missing his family or trying to connect with them.He wants to be free but doesn't want to run away.

For me, I feel he hates her for her controlling and invasive attitude.

Otherwise, it would be stupid on his behalf if he didn't flip the table and control Maya. The guy has the company, car, house and everything.

If it happens that he knew that Maya intentionally separated his family and friend from him and he didn't go and apologize and reconcile, he is definitely a duffer.
