For those of you that watched today's episode, particularly Maya lovers/ Vandana Haters/Sanja Haters, what are your views? You think maya did the right thing?
Honestly maya does what she wants in order to benefit her. People say shes being targeted , but exactly how. The only one that has target her was ashwin an that was only because maya did something to him in the past.
This shows Vandana was always right! Her mother instincts made her predict the future and figure out the character maya was ages ago. TBH I dont think Maya ever was genuinely NICE, she is just a manipulator.
She has her moment where shes nice, but it doesnt last for long. With vandana, her instinct werent wrong. Something was off about maya, and even today when ayan was ranting about arjun throwing the gifts. She knew maya did it. But ayan is blind by the image maya pulled off when she staid with them.
Its always a game for her, so here she wants to be the good one and ruin the Brotherly relations of Arjun and Ayaan ( even though he has never done anything to her he was always sweet and caring towards maya and always supported Maya every time Vandana was insulted Maya) I really felt bad for him. She shouldnt have treated him like that. Vandana surely she's weird and has made mistakes that she shouldnt have and Maya basically took advantage of that situation and used it in her favor.
I agree, ayan had been so good to maya. She didnt have to ruin their brotherly relation. But its part of her plan to get arjun to loose all ties with his family. Didnt you see when they were leaving how she smirked at vandana. It was more of a taunt . remember , a few sec ago she was telling arjun not to go. Its reverse psychology. She didnt really mean it.
That smirk ressure vandana that maya wanted this to happen.she doesnt regret it. Also she said it herself , she will make him addicted to luxuries and control him. If people actually thinks maya doesnt know arjun character already and isnt using it to keep him close then their blind. Money is no problem for maya, as long as she spoils him, arjun will be hers and will never want to leave.
To be honest, the way Arjun is behaving and "hurting" Maya, I think she deserves it. She wants people to run on her tunes and always planned to separate anyone thats close to Arjun from him, thats what she deserves. She doesn't deserve to be happy. She is selfish. So she is allowed to love her mom, take care of her mom but Arjun isnt. A mom that raised him all these years even though he was a step son, went through difficulties being a single mom to raise her kids, instead of strengthening their bond she tries to break it forever. One can never be happy if you seperate a Mother from his Child. Esp at this stage, if she is pregnant ( if thats even true) she should know how it feels.
I agree, it was uncall for . vandana isnt a terrible mother. Him telling her shes only a step mom and can never be his mom. Was very rude. Its not like she was aweful towards him. She raised him an made sure he had everything he needed. He just brushed all that aside. Its a blessing to respect your parents even if their not your real parents and they did you wrong. I'm not saying he should do what she said. No, but he should have word it out differently.
Maya made them get along. I dont see it, matter fact their relation werent that bad and it wasnt that heated until maya came into their life. Saanj isnt the home recker here. If that was the case, they would have never been content from the start.
But even through arjun hurtful words, vandana still believes arjun wouldnt throw those gifts.
I can completely understand her hating on vandana because she behaved terribly with her but AYAAN what did he ever do to her. Nothing. She just didnt like the fact that Arjun called Ayaan his Jann ( his baby brother). The world and Arjun shoudl revolve around her. They should show her bad karmas biting her back in the future. Its good whatever she is doing, she is realizing how true her husband actually is to her and how he feels being with her, liek arujun said " there are too many rules", everyhting has to be on Maya's terms, but she get it through Manipulation her one and only weapon.
The thing is, maya isnt stupid. She had never let her guard down. She wouldnt be the head of a fashion company if she didnt check the background of a person and observe their character. Shes calculative and one step ahead. The fake begging an acting in vandana house were part of her plan leading to arjun leaving. Didnt you see on the balcony, when she started crying an pleading. It looked sincere. Which led me to believe everything she did with vandana in that house was all an act.
The only time shes sincere is when shes talking to god.
Its like the statue symbolize hope for her. Through her cunning and manipulative ways, theirs a small chance. She might change.it brings back the vulnerable maya.
Also arjun doesnt have control, shes letting him think that he do. But we will see what shes up too soon.
And to reply to people that were saying saanj is disgusting and was dancing with Arjun for holi etc, Well she and him are best friends so just because your Best friend is married you dont start bieng reserved with them. You can see this story is in a modern timeline and not like other serials that are traditional. here Women are shown drinking, speaking up etc. Hence your relationship does not change with your mate, but obviously the person thats married ( which is ARJUN) he should know his spouse's attitude and should maintain a distance with her. So I think Sanj isnt doing anything wrong and Arjun should know how Maya is and behave accordingly.
Its common for a man to have female friends and hug them even if their married. Its modern time, you can get jealous yes, but who are you to control his life. Besides it all depands how you interpreted it. For example, say you want to keep your dating life private, but your partner doesnt and post it letting everyone know online because its not a big deal. Thats how arjun feels. Him hugging saanj is a habit, he worries for her because shes his best friend, they've known each other for years. Marriage isnt going to stop that. The only difference, with my example is maya didnt tell arjun she doesnt like his an saanj closeness.
One thing i will agree on is arjun saying he loves her once again. But this time drunk. He shouldnt have said that, after knowing she harbours something for him. And him going around flirting with the office girls is wrong. Anyway, even i dont think saanj did anything wrong. Arjun is the one taking action, his the one ruining his marriage not saanj. Her dancing with him doing holi , whats the harm. Its holi, his use to having fun with his dusky. All of this is not a big deal, and i dont see anything seductive about it either. Or the hug lol.
Or Maya should have a chat with him about Sanj and tell him how much she doesnt like the closeness and she shouldn't see her, but she wont do that, she will create a situation and ruin their friendship. And let me remind you all, Sanj was leaving, Arjun stopped her from going to Singapore, Maya got her kicked out of her old law office job and gave her the job at her company, Sanj wanted to resign but maya/Arjun didnt let her. And when there was the Ashwin case, both Maya and Arjun were after her for her Law abilities, they just want to use that poor thing but when it comes to friendship Maya doesnt want that. Maya really needs to practice what she preaches, she tells arujun not to lie and gives lecture on how its important to be truthful, and being open in the relationship maybe she should be truthful and tell arjun how she feels about Sanj. It will be interesting to see Maya's lie tomm about Ayaan and Vandana or she may not even tell him.
Anyways, no bashing. just expressing my views as a neutral. Am not a lover of any of the characters. But I must say Jenny is such an amazing actor, really makes me dislike her with her skills :D
