Hi...I saw todays epi too! So in precap Suman tells ranveer to reconsider his decision about not marrying and it seems that he agrees to marriage since in the next scene sindoora is mad at suman and is saying that becoz of you ranveer said yes to marriage and whats your dushmani with him. She also says that she can easily break her nanads marriage since she fixed it.
