I agree with you. If Vandana is losing Arjun, it is because of her stubbornness to accept Maya.arjun had not given the rights of a mother to Panda even before Maya had entered his life. When Maya had shared about her past to Arjun, that was the time he realized his mistake and decided to give a chance to her but this fatso does not deserve it. If Arjun's real mother was alive, she would have at least made an effort to show the right path to Maya. That is what she needs in her life.

Now that vandana isn't ready to accept Maya, she shouldn't be surprised when her son decides to choose his wife over his mother. At this point the mother is wrong for not even giving a chance to Maya

By the time show ends it will be breaking all the stereotypes and trends happening in other shows. Right from romance to marriage - families, its always a step forward. I didn't really came across a show where husband takes this much side of his wife. Lets not take the example of step son because he has given the respect more like real son. I don't feel an ounce of sympathy for Vandana not because I am favoring Maya but she has crosses limits of humanity in name of mother concern. Her dialogue of her house clearly shows she is taking rights of her sons let alone DIL. If she has given 15 years then her son's have lived their childhood in that house and it is first Arjun's moms' right on him. He was right in the beginning Vandana is snatching place of his mom 😕. Wonder if situation would be different if Arjun's dad was alive. I have gut feeling curtains are not raised on Arjun's past which Vandana has been hiding. If people call Vandana's action of insulting an ill woman as mother concern then I don't have words for them.

Because her attempt at living as the good daughter in law was not going to happen, so why not take Arjun and clear out? After this, Arjun will be totally in Maya's world! This is what she wanted and the main reason she "Got" it was coz of Vandana's short-sighted stupidity! She totally asked for it. I feel bad for her too, but she brought this on herself![/B][/DIV]
