Poor little Madhav locked up in some dickie while his mother is going berserk trying to find her son, the whole family are praying and wondering who could do such an awful thing to a small child, while the Punk looks on with a smug smile...
Your reading of Atharva's behaviour after seeing the little shoe protruding from the dickie is bang on, he does seem lost in a fog and cannot seem to connect the dots fast enough to do anything...it is sad to see an otherwise astute Atharva that was quick to recognize any oddity around him faster than a speeding bullet !!

Atharva and running off ... good to see a little of both Athava and Vividha in his little tirade by Madhav... cute he is...
