It sounds like she is bragging about her fame and how everyone is so interested in her journey to motherhood more than other actresses being mothers.

Sad because box office wise neither her or Saif can bring crowds in with films starring themselves.

The reason that journalists keep asking questions about Taimur's name is that Saif and Kareena keep going on and on about it when asked. If they really wanted the controversy to die down, they would simply say that they've said what they wanted to and it was a personal choice.

Saif was using this controversy earlier to promote Rangoon, and it looks like Kareena will keep talking about it till Veera Di Wedding releases.
