Jhanvi's life pretty much consisted of an abusive husband and a controlling daughter and the recent events taking place are too much for her character to handle.
I honestly feel bad for the poor lady. She was already in shock and despair due to Ashwin's sudden death on her daughter's only happy-day. She's been hallucinating about her abusive ex-husband (whom she still loves despite everything), and in today's episode, the little relief she got was probably from that tantrik, only to discover Arjun had paid him to act! After that she probably thinks Arjun is trying to frame her or he is against her somehow.
I would not be surprised if she doesn't trust anybody after this.
