I'm Sharon and was a silent reader of the extremely active KRPKAB forum (till last week). This show is very very special to me. The thing that instantly struck a chord in me when I saw the first promo was the simplicity, originality and the calm composure of the three actors-Shaheer, Erica and Supriya ji as well as the outstanding title track which was so original and I am a sucker for extremely original stuff. (thats why I like Apple.). Out of the first three promos it was the Karela juice promo that was my favourite and I couldn't help but admire the level of humour, maturity and understanding between the two characters who were going through a tough phase through separation.
The new entries were not overdone, they did not compete for importance in the episode but rather complemented the story with their graceful presence- They did not last for long but shaped the story in the best possible way and were not by any means, an interference to the story.
I instantly felt positive and re-energised and as the show progressed, I realised that it is not the story but the story-telling that had made the entire difference. Every track was simple, not overdone and at the end of every episode i went to sleep with a smile on my face. Even during the break up track, i did not feel wrecked but rather felt that sudden surge of hope in me which gave a very positive makeover in me.
Straightforward, simple, light-hearted episodes with just the right balance of humour and feel. It truly is a feel-good show as Shaheer had mentioned. Thank you KRPKAB, thank you writers and a big thank you to the cast-special mention to the trio-Shaheer, Erica and Supriyaji.
All in all, this will be a show that I will remember and would probably watch again and again for many more years to come- An absolute treat and refreshment.
