What's also unrealistic right now is her perfectly made up hair, face and dressing.

I agree with your post, and also hope that just as her external appearance is unaffected by what she's gone through, Gul doesn't leave her internally unaffected.

There is a difference between being strong after trauma n jumping around like nothing happened like I quoted to Preet Di wid Fatmagul example who moved on after trauma by earning her own money but not necessarily being cheerful n bubbly like she was shown in 1st episode.
