Mix honey and cinnamon powder together and take one teaspoon in morning and one in evening. I had recurrent bacterial infection in 2015 and was sick for 3 months! That was the only thing that soothe me out! Hope you feel better soon 😊

Most important, buy a cool mist humidifier for ur room, fill it with water, use it at night when room heating is on...it always works in cold countries.

And drink lots of water and sip ginger tea

Drink only warm water ..do salt water gargles as many times as u can..or at least in the morning after brushing and night before sleeping..if betadene gargle is available in ur country without prescription..get that. It's most effective

If it hasn't gone away for so long, I would recommend you to visit a GP. That is not a good sign. Don't prolong it please!

Take a cup of hot water and mix honey and lemon drops in it and drink it like tea ...3-4 times a day or whenever you start to get cough ...it has always helped me and never took any cough medicine. But i do it as soon as i start to get cough or sore throat ...not sure if it will work after having cough for such a long time .
