Shivaay is mad at her. He is so angry that he wants to hurt her like how he hurts. Annika is denying her feelings for him, and it is killing him.
They seem to be playing a match now.
She asks him, "tell me what I am to you? Why can't you let me go?"
And he asks back, "You don't care if I leave you, and marry someone else? Koi faraq nahin padta?"
Both don't want to answer.
Green is the color that bathes Shivaay today, external and inside. He burns when he sees her, does hurtful things just to catch a reaction on her face. He just wants to see it on her face, "faraq padta hai !"
"Yes, Shivaay! Faraq padta hai, mujhe bohot dard ho raha hai! " and his madness will crumble like a house of cards. Everytime she snubs him, he goes further down his pit of green madness.
Each of the sensual things he did to her in private yesterday, he does it openly in front of everyone to Tia. Linking hands that way, blowing in Tia's face (ok he didn't whisper in her ear like so too ) and taunting her via msg if she found it better than the zero she felt before.
Cruelty.You can see it in Annika's face, she's hurting. She threw a pillow in frustration first, because she got played by him, into revealing her feelings. He came back to gloat, and she showed him anger to match.
It became a contest. Shivaay vs Annika. Who cared less about each other. But only Shivaay is playing, she is only watching him play.
Because she has decided to leave. She revealed to Dadi, all of it. "It matters to me, that Shivaay gets what he wants. It matters to me,- that this family is happy, Pinky aunty is happy, that Tia and her baby gets their rights"
But Dadi is the first to think of her. "Will you be able to live without Shivaay? " that question silenced her, she had no answer for that yet. It's a necessary pain for her to bear. The older woman has always been her well wisher, hopefully she knocks some sense into Billu's head.
Tell him he's losing her even faster with his petty games. He thinks he's making her jealous but what he is really doing is, making it obvious that she will never be good enough. She is strong, she hasn't shed a tear yet. She's saving it for later.
A side perspective. Shivaay has been openly showing how much Annika means to him, in front of his family. Just the words and his name he had yet to give. How expressive do you guys think Annika had been in contrast?
