I don't know how deserving Manya Narang was to be back as wild card entry but without giving other eliminated contestants a chance to fight once again, having Manya on the board is simply unfair. There must have been a competition amongst all eliminated contestants and who sang best that day would have been back. But they got Manya back because first I think her looks or smiley face worked and second which I guess is most prominent reason to have her back that channel and PH wanted to create a hype that what a wonderful and supportive husband and in-laws, she has who understand her dreams and support her in every manner.
