1st Poster of Majid Majidi - Ishaan's 'Beyond The Clouds' il

Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter is all set to enter the film industry. He is going to make his debut with Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi's film Beyond The Clouds, and the first poster was just released. The first glimpse at Beyond The Clouds is quite intriguing. We see a pat of flamingos on a beach, as Ishaan stares at them with his back turned towards the camera. Earthy colours and sepia tones help in making the poster look pretty intriguing. Beyond The Clouds first poster made its debut at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival last night, and was posted across social media platforms.

Ishaan commenced the shooting for Beyond The Clouds on January 23 in Mumbai. Shahid posted a picture on his Instagram with Ishaan and wrote, "This ones ready to fly. Make us proud @ishaan95 (sic)" Music maestro AR Rahman is in Paris working with Le Trio Joubran, a trio of musicians from Palestine, for Beyond The Clouds. AR Rahman and Majid have earlier collaborated on Muhammad: The Messenger of God.

During a press interaction, Majid was quoted saying, "Filmmakers like Satyajit Ray, whose work I adore, have represented India's culture, rich heritage and the lives of common people to a global audience. These visions and images have stayed in my mind for years and cajoled me to make a film in India. Finally , I'm in Mumbai with a lovely team to narrate a story woven around the lives of common people." He also opened up about Ishaan, his lead hero - "Ishaan is a wonderful boy. He is extremely talented and I feel, he will have a bright future in the film industry."

A few months back a picture of Deepika Padukone in ragged clothes went viral. It was reported that this was a look test for Majid Majidi's film. Later, it was revealed that Deepika has not bagged the role in the project. There are reports suggesting that three other actresses have been shortlisted for the role. We are going to wait and watch who turns out to be the leading lady in Beyond The Clouds. Going by the first poster, we are intrigued.


Majidi is best known for Children of Heaven, which revolves around a brother and sister and their adventures over a lost pair of shoes.

Uhh.. Majidi would know how Deepika felt since he rejected her. I don't think he's vella to know about which BW director rejected what PR claims 🤔 and the amount of examples of directors rejecting mata'a PR claims is more than twice the amount of films mata has done. but yeah you can continue to troll yourself.
