She wants Adi to become CEO of the company and she wants to be the owner of the house by throwing out the rest of the family. In the past few episodes the family were due to move to Ahmadabad but Adi stopped them.
She is seen as a positive person around the family but she is scheming behind everyone's back. Adi is trying to stop her and he is the only one that knows her true colours. Something has happened in the past during the first year of their marriage which has changed Nisha completely. That is yet to be revealed!
