Sonarika Bhadouria has also done some Telugu films, if I remember correctly. If TV actresses wanna do films, industries other than BW are quite open to new talent. Lavanya from IPK1 aka Sana Khan also did a Telugu movie. So did Tanya Sharma of Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Avika Gor from Balika Vadhu.
