*Spoiler alert*

So why have srk gone above and beyond to not just glorify but intently lying about abdul story to change him from terrorist to a mighty robinhood who was innocent caught in bad situation.

Not to mention he killed people in communal riots but the movie goes on to show him as secular person who did nothing of sort and provided food to every one during the riots.

The whole story from start to finish is based on abul latif famous incident and cases
Its like a making a movie in 40s germany showing some dictator goes in world war and does holocaust but in the end director says its not based on adolf hitler

Okay, I didn't know about that. So the glorification of gangster as mistaken, heart of gold and messiah of poor looters of rich continues.

I think some glorification is fine as film making point of view but to change every bad deeds to good is just shitty
Specially the riot scene where they make a special scene to show how the guy is big secular person whereas in real life he killed those person.
