It was not reliable to me that Kasaf would feel comfortable while making love or do it willingly or feel attracted towards Zaroon because she was not shown much easing up to Zaroon. What bothered me that there was no showcase of growing fondness towards each other that would have made the pregnancy reliable.

Did we watch the same show?😆
Kashaf was always attracted to Zaroon-found him good looking right in college. She would get disturbed when she felt that he liked or cared for Asmara.
Later after marriage during their wedding night she says she is ready to put in her best efforts for their marriage. Zaroon saving her from getting burnt(from the tea cup), his apologies during his proposal and wedding night and later his nervousness while speaking to her thaws her as she feels he really cares for her. It helps that people whom she trusts and respects like her mother and Abrar sir give Zaroon their vote of confidence.
But I think what really seals the deal for her is when he comes to drop her at her home. Kashaf is always embarrassed by her humble home as compared to what her classmates like Zaroon have. She doesnt want them to know how she lives. But when he comes to her house he makes no big deal of the problems there like water going away and laughs it away. Thats when you see her falling for him. Then later Zaroon not knowing what to do with namaz make them partners in crime as he confides in her.
Zaroon from his end keeps comparing Kashaf to Asmara which is one of the reasons why his relationship with Asmara doesnt last. Then later he realizes he had been seeing Kashaf as his ideal. Somewhere down the line incidents like she refusing to sit beside him in the car or take lifts or succumb to his charms make him respect her despite himself. Not to mention she gains his respect as a rival too in class. When he realizes in Badin that she is still single there is no looking back and he starts wooing her. I think by the end of the day at Badin he decides that this is the woman he wants to spend his life with. As Kashaf along with being what she was in college had turned into a strong and confident woman. I think she had some similarities with his mom that way with the qualities which he wanted in his wife ie she must focus on her family too along with her career.

I personally find ZGH to be very regressive and preachy in nature. Humsafar is much better in every way.

Jan-Jee - You found ZGH regressive and preachy? I thought it was realistic and progressive. Kashaf had more spine than all Bahu of Indian soaps.
