And if Saanjh's unprofessionalism was the reason for her sacking, why did Maya appoint her as CLA? She complained against Saanjh for bad work (according to you) and then takes the bad worker to work for her? Does that make any sense?

There are people who are good at their work but are not committed. Saanjh is one of them.

There is a difference between unprofessionalism and bad work. Even a good worker can be unprofessional. That is what about Saanjh.

Arjun directly insulted her and said ab kaam kaise yaad aa gaya? Waise toh kaam karti hi nahi! 🤣
Maya told malkani not to tell Saanjh and wanted to keep it a surprise. She thought ghar Saanjh would be happy with a better job and a better position
Seems like you havent watched the episodes properly 😆

You keep getting confused. If Saanjh was so unprofessional then why did Maya take her as CLA? Why did she knowingly appoint someone unprofessional?

Again you say that Saanjh was a god worker so Maya appointed her.

Exactly my point.Your friend Katrinasalman kept reasoning that "Maya complained for Saanjh's unprofessional reasons". Nope, that wasn't the case. Maya pressurized Malkani to let Saanjh work for her.

And btw, everyone knows that Maya didn't get Saanjh sacked for work-related reasons, so your reasoning is pretty lame.

A good worker can be uncommitted and unprofessional. In such cases, performance is not a problem with them but they would be lazy or keep postponing the work or give priority to other things which is unprofessional. I've seen in the companies where the TL says to his/her juniors. Hope this clears your doubt. I think you don't know anything about life or have not seen it. I've seen it.

I just started watching and as intrigued as I am by Maya, I feel more in my comfort zone in Saanj

Maya has that aura of obsession and possession which we are all wary of as it can manifest in us and it can burn like fire

I am only saying what Arjun told Saanjh and no one can deny that. If my reason is lame do you say Arjun that he is wrong in saying that Saanjh does not do any work? You know Maya very well that she is unpredictable who says something and does something else. So that doubt will always be there. So I will wait for the forthcoming episodes. Having said this, I still say that she needs love in her life as she is hungry for it. Abandoning her is not the solution as it makes matters worse.
