So you are saying, it is only fair if retribution comes our way...

But is objective fairness more about a wrong not happening or righting a wrong?

So, if every thing that happens in nature is fair, then what is the paribhasha for unfair?

(good lighthearted take on the matter by the way)

I am all for women's rights but depending upon when an embryo becomes a human, whenever that transformation happens as corroborated by science, I am for that human's rights too, that point forward.

I am going to miss Obamas. I might disagree alot with his policies but both of them brought a lot of dignity to the White House. The contrast there.

I missed the tense in your earlier query, my bad!
Fairness should be about preventing a wrong as some of the wrongs cannot be rectified. One can prevent recurrence of those wrongs.

Retribution may provide closure to the sense of victimhood. While it doesn't right a wrong it could sometimes, serve to prevent recurrence by discouraging the perpetrator.
That raises a question. Is retribution desirable or not? Why?

Intelligence that performs or atleast has the ability to perform, without which it seems to be not much good!

Science has no conclusive answers to when exactly an individual comes into being though legally speaking it is accepted at birth.
Like zephy said the fairness would be contextual and its best to take a practical view. Anyway, I dont see why being labelled as a feminist or not should matter.

The USA political scenario seems all set to give the Indian scenario a stiff competition in its entertainment value 😆
