So the guy is not just brawn but brains too, no wonder Veer trusts him so and is miffed if he is out sight. Rangeela is everything that one looks for in a rugged anti-hero. I call him so because with all his sense of right and wrong he traverses in a misguided sense of righteousness. Maybe that stems from his instinctive craving for acknowledgement by a family or the fact that he has willingly decided to travel the path of subservience. Whatever it might be, he hasn't really let go of his brain!
He pulled on the most sensitive of chords that one could find, taking the guardians of Shivani into his good faith, presenting a picture of chivalry and swooning the girl by showing concern for her family. He had them in his hand, married the girl, and took her away from the world that had shielded her so far only to throw her in raging flames. Well played Rangeela, well played. Round one to you!
The precap was gritty and a bit high on gory that I so crave for. Veer is making another dashing entry this time to wreak havoc! Bring it on I say! RanVeer will be high next week and I just can't wait for that!
P.S. I can safely say now that I don't like the FL anymore. Her dialogue that voiced her thought mere pati ke saath hi mera swarg hai killed it for me. I don't like docile women, blame it on my upbringing that introduced me to Draupadi or the fact that I have had the luxury of growing up around really badass women, such subservience in women folk is unacceptable for me. Also my thoughts on marriage is pretty scandalous for the normal folks so yeah long story cut short, sorry on-screen-Shivani, this real-life-Shivani rejects you!
