I think Anika will stay back in OM and will try to prove Sahil's innocence. Shivaay would feel bad for the misunderstanding; he will be shown to regret in private and one scene of indirectly doing something nice for Sahil and then all will be forgotten. Tia will continue more planning against Anika and Sahil and the cycle repeats.
