Lord Ravish is a dumbed down Sydney carton

Don't get me wrong, I kind of liked Sydney Carton while he wasn't loathing himself for the lamest of reasons. I mean who doesn't relate to unrequited love? Everyone's gone through that phase of not getting what we want/deserve, for life is unfair however cliched it may sound. Just world fallacy is real.
But Ravish masquerading as a 'quintessential tragic lover' is actually manipulative by behaving like a fall guy to guilt-trip Vividha every single time. His nonsensical talk about adhering to commitments was total BS😆 The makers have not written this character well and the actor is doing nothing to rise above a bland script to salvage such a one dimensional character.

Bye😃

Yehii toh, apart from standing and giving blank expressions Ravish has no role, so exactly what is great about this character? He is equally selfish! He kept fake pretenses to keep Vividha next to him and now when she finally uttered the word divorce, he refuses saying he has made a commitment! Really? What commitment? She refuses to be your wife because she will NEVER LOVE YOU! So like get a life and move on! Why behave like a whinny 2 year old, saying I DONT WANT TO LET YOU GO!😆

Anyways, the makers are slowly showing the audience that he is not a GOODY GOODY character but rather has similar traits to his mother and potentially grandfather later on!😛

I am pretty sure he's an undercover Vashisht creep waiting to rear his ugly head at an opportune moment! He's always shown traits similar to KK right from gas-lighting Vividha, to chaining Atharv, he wants to be in control of any situation, ethics/moral-compass jaaye bhaad mein. No wonder the audience at large is unable to empathize with his so called unrequited love for Vividha.

Who even is he to grant Vividha permission to leave him? The forced marriage as a result of a failed honor killing attempt is null and void in the eyes of the law.

The less said about the actor playing Ravish, the better. He's prolly one of the worst actors on Indian TV ever😆

The vibes I seem to be getting from this is that your dislike for a specific actor is quite apparently clouding your judgement here.

I know exactly what I'm talking about. I didn't like Vikram in his previous show QH. Thought he was a bad actor but he proved how colossally I misjudged his acting prowess by his power packed portrayal as Atharv. IMO he's the best actor on Indian TV I've ever seen. So no, there's no bias involved!😃

Ravish fans instead of picking fights w/ Vitharv fans and s**t shaming Vividha should in fact implore the makers to set his characterization right. That's what a true well-wisher would do instead of indulging in sycophancy and belittling the rival fandom.
