I have seen exes being cordial to each other, even becoming friends on the long term, especially those who share children. They start by doing it for their children, but then it kind of just becomes a habit. You shared huge milestones of your life with someone, you can't just expect to rub it off.

I don't know how much genuine Suzzane is, but Hritik doesn't seem to mind, so who are we?
