Also doctor said she could conceive naturally too... it is not like treatment is mandatory... .that is also another clue that it may have already happened.

I thought of making post on this but thought might be i am over thinking. But the time Dr. Said that she can conceive naturally and why all of a sudden Shimla trip...

I think she will surely get pregnant after this trip or may be due to that hickey wala night and will leave Dixit house after slap wala episode...Now question is will she tell Dev abt it and how will she get back to Dixit house. As per the doll story, it there will be any delay, she will not be available...

We all know that Sona has to go back to Dev, that is what the show is abt and Ishwari to overcome her insecurities, trio has to be under the same roof...

Lets see if our predictions would go right???
