My workout regime

My workouts are an integral part of my life. I workout for 45 minutes every day, and my workouts are intensive. I concentrate on one major muscle a day. As my professional commitments don't always allow me to stick to a regular time for working out, I have set up a mini gym on the sets itself. And though I have split my body workouts into a seven-day schedule, I make sure that my body gets adequate rest and fuel in the form of good sleep, good food and loads of water. I also make sure to split my schedule that suits my body. So if I do weights on Monday, I train in martial* *arts the next day. Along with my regular workout, also do yoga daily; not any asanas, but breathing exercises that are very calming.

My diet
.I do not believe in dieting or figuring out what diet suits me. I don't believe in chemicals, only natural ingredients work for me. I make sure that I have a healthy breakfast befitting a king. My breakfast is whatever is cooked at home. I like it that way because one can be sure about its nutritional value. It's usually high on proteins and absolutely filling, comprising of egg white omelets, which also contains mushrooms or chicken,with multi grain bread, fruits and coffee. I love cereals too. While I try to eat once every four hours, I avoid oily food at all times. Lunch consists of a lot of carbohydrates, green leafy vegetables and fruits. The size of meal goes on reducing from the time of my breakfast to the dinner.Dinners are mostly light, minus any carbs. But Sundays are my indulgence day when I binge on my favourite food that is Pizza.

Happiness quotient

I have never tried to analyze happiness. There are many things in this life which make me happy, like positive people and positive thinking. I am always in a good mood when I am spending time with my parents. I have very few people whom I can call friends and in my free time I make it a point to catch up with them. I also love watching films. instant happiness.

My idea of relaxation

There is nothing like going to a spa every once. I love capturing scenic beauty too and enjoy going on long drives to click pictures. Music is by best antidote. I love listening to Sufi songs and strumming my guitar.
