maybe anika did it for sahil but the choice of words were wrong, insaan ghalat nahi and halaat ghalat, it would have been better if she had taken sahil to some place alone in OM and had tried to pacify him, so I cannot disagree with the TM completely, words are everything you know, she should have said something else or better had said nothing at all.

Anika cannot seriously think to justify his actions, specially when the whole family is now against shivaay not atleast on this stage.

Thank u so much for understanding. I hope when time comes they will get it & understand feminism like we do
And I hope she keeps Shivaay at bay when it comes to Sahil.I hope that too. I hope Anika doesn't let Shivaay off the hook so easily. I hope he sees the disgust in her eyes, the fear that Shivaay will harm Sahil in her behaviour & that of his family & I hope that really make him think deeply about himself.
I hope She is not the one proving her innocence. I hope she is not the one fighting for their relationship. I hope he does that. I hope he is the one who works hard to make her believe that he is genuinely sorry & how much he needs her in his life.

Annika is an example of Stockholm syndrome where she is empathizing with her captor. This is the show makers way of letting Shivaay off the hook. Annika is now just there to white wash Shivaay because it is her duty as his wife, Chutki Sindoor ki keemat and all!

Dont even get me started! Your right. Saying the "person" is not wrong only circumstances, gives the message that even the most vile person is good, just their situation is bad! Yeah right!

I have no hopes 4m Gul. Dis woman gave such inspiring women characters like Sia, Suvreen, Vaibhavi, Ada in her youth shows but in her GEC shows she reduces women to dirt. In QH, Mahira had once said d dialogue 'Mohabbat me koi ego aur self respect nahi hota hai' wen her hero Armaan demanded DNA test 4m her after his step-brother Amaad made him believe dat she is carrying someone else's child n she said dis disgusting dialogue to Amaad who pretended to be her friend n was separating d couple as he wanted to marry her. Wen I thought Gul can't get lower wid dat dialogue of Mahira she proved me wrong by showing Anika justifying a criminal.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not justifying SSO in any way.. 😊

I hated Shivaay during the manhandling wala marriage scene and I still do.. Will I be ever able to forgive him for this - Nope, Never, Nada..
But I'll say this that whole scene was not in character and that is a big big miss on the writers and the editors end.. In order to make the scene dramatic, they destroyed Shivaay.. 😭 "Jo Bheji Thi Dua" was more in character for SSO.. (Again not condoning/justifying SSO here)

However,
Today's insaan-halaat dialogue was Anika making sure Sahil does not learn the wrong thing - goes on the wrong path.. I do not find anything wrong with that.. 😊
Sahil is angry and he has a right to be.. But he started hitting Shivaay.. If he would have hit Shivaay's head - he would have really injured him.. So, Anika stopping Sahil and saving SSO also is totally in-character.. She cannot see anyone getting hurt.. And physically injuring someone is just not correct..
A child's mind is impressionable.. If Anika would not have said anything and stopped Sahil right at that moment.. that would have meant she is condoning Sahil's action, which is not done..and that would mean she failed as a parent..
She did not look at SSO when she was saying this dialogue.. Her whole attention was on Sahil.. So I do not think this implies that she has forgiven SSO..(and I hope she has not. 😆) I don't think they played O-Jaana when she was saying this dialogue but I might be wrong 😊
Maybe Shivaay is the way he is because no-one took his class.. Taught him the difference between right and wrong.. Would we want Sahil to grow up and think that his can take out his anger by hitting the other person?. He did the same with Bandri Bua as well.. Anika was being a responsible parent/big sister in this case..

I would always try to protect my brother - I would not want him to feel that he needs to take revenge for me? Why should his innocent life be impacted by someone else's wrong action? Why should his personality be moulded by someone else ego? Why should his future decision be influenced by one person's evil actions? Why should he be forced to judge people because he witnessed this bad person and bad situation.. ?

I think Anika was trying to protect Sahil's innocence and she was right in doing so. 😊

As far as SSO is concerned.. I hope he does not forgive himself even after Anika & his family forgive him.. 😊 Would this redeem him? Nope.. But at-least for me, this will make him Shivaay - The Human again! 😊

Again.. Not supporting SSO.. 😊

I agree she was trying to protect her brother's innocence n teaching him right but she wud have done dat widout whitewashing Shivaay wid her insaan-halaat dialogue. I really don't care if he was injured on his empty head or not. Wat abt him threatening to blow up a 5 year old kid n pushing Anika in d pool? Wen we have a bad person around a small child, we tell dat child to stay away 4m dat person n not teach him insaan-halaat lecture. Wat if d child seriously takes dat lecture n starts hanging out wid dat person who will be only danger to him? Small children have impressionable minds na. Anika sud have stopped him n simply told him to stop wasting time on a man like him instead of giving those lectures dat no person is bad n its circumstances which makes them bad. Dat dialogue made wrong impression which clearly showed her justification of Shivaay's behaviour which was wrong on her part even if it was in calming Sahil down😊. 2mrw, if Sahil takes her words seriously n hangs out wid Shivaay then if sumthn happens to him who will take d responsibility? So we need to be careful wid words especially in front of a kid😊.

RE: whitewashing Shivaay wid her insaan-halaat dialogue
I don't think this white-washes Shivaay but.. on second thought maybe this was not the perfect dialogue to defuse the situation.. But it was not completely wrong either.. 😊 I want another heart to heart between Anika and Sahil about this whole situation.. They both deserve it..

RE: I really don't care if he was injured on his empty head
I care if it is Sahil causing him this injury and then not regretting his action 😊.. This would mean Sahil is on his way to be the next SSO.. 😭

RE: justification of Shivaay's behavior
Please No..😡 I hope this does not justify Shivaay's behavior for Anika.. Atleast for me it does not 😊 But CVs ka kya pata.. 😆

RE: Shivaay hurting Sahil again
Nope, Not going to happen 😊 but yes Anika does not know that yet.. In the previous scene, Anika has already given Shivaay the ultimatum.. 😊, So In her own way, she is making sure that Shivaay stays away from Sahil and she is protecting Sahil..
RE: Wat abt him threatening to blow up a 5 year old kid n pushing Anika in d pool?
Completely wrong! First was an emotional torture for Anika(and for me) and second physical intimidation(a big big no no.. and this scene was so not needed )..
Again not condoning SSO(he is WRONG) BUT.. In Jo Bheji Thi Dua sequence, in his anger, he used Anika's weakness to win that battle😡 but as you can see he lost the war 😊 What at-least what worked me in Jo Bheji thi Dua..was the execution - the conflict in SSO's head vs heart - (but again that stupid previous manhandling scene messed up this scene for me😭)

Final Thoughts:
Frankly, maybe Sahil should not have been shown that video at all 😊..
Sahil's reaction to the video shows us he knows what is right and what is wrong 😊.. He has more anger in him than Anika, so I don't think he will take Anika's words seriously and Anika knows it... 😆
Personally, I would never want a kid to learn how to hate someone or hurt someone or take revenge from someone.. 😊 Their innocence should be protected.. Else.. Sab bade hoke SSO ban jayenge aur koi Shivaay nahi ban payega 😭

Anika once slap Sahil for wishing dead on Bua she wasn't justified Shivaay bad action but it was more about Sahil she don't want him involved in her and Shivaay problem's.
