Ajay is more talented, but Aamir makes up what he lacks in talent with sheer hardwork and preparation, plus I will give Aamir one more point because unlike Ajay, he gets in the physique of the character. He can convincingly look like a college student in 3 idiots and than convincingly look like middle aged man in Talaash, look literally like a out of the world alien in PK and than look like a old, strict man in Dangal. He is incredible when it comes to physical side of acting.

edit: Don't get me wrong my vote is still for AD, just explaining why Aamir is also a great actor, who always get neglected in great actor discussions because for some fab groups every thing he has achieved is because of others and not him 😆.

It's tough to choose as both are great actors. ISHQ is still the best comedy movie I've seen and both were tremendous in that movie.

Ajay though amir is a great actor.

I know Ajay excels in drama intense role but there is no allrounder except Aamir in bollywood today..from massy 3I to classy Talash...from cute chocolate boy in QSQT to potbellied father in Dangal..from anti hero in Rakh to patriot DJ/Azad in RDB...and the underdog Bhuvan and sanjay lal to casanova Akash..he has done it all and excelled in each and every one..
