Part 7

Scene shifts to Fragrant Flower(FF) which is Zoya's event management company. She kept her company's name fragrant flower which means her mother's name Zainab in english. Zoya was sitting in her cabin thinking abt her marriage wid Asad. She recalls her ta umar dialogue of marriage(as shown in 1st epi) n then recalls herself running 4m her wedding wid Akram n marrying Asad only to make his life hell. Tears come 4m her eyes.

"There is nothing called ta umar nikaah ka rishta nibhaana. Its all overrated. I was so nave to fall for such a belief but now I will live in only reality," said Zoya n wiped her tears.

Just then someone knocked on d door of her cabin.

"Come in," said Zoya.

A peon came in.

"Mam, the selected contestants of couple dancing competition r in d auditorium. U need to come there for briefing," said d peon.

"Okay, I am coming," said Zoya.

Zoya comes to d auditorium along wid peon. There were 10-12 couples selected for d competition. There were some other people responsible to look after d competition.

"Congratulations to all of u for coming till here but winning d trophy will be a long journey n only 1 couple is going to win it. Plz, start introducing urselves," said Zoya.

D contestants started introducing themselves. Zoya saw a familiar lukn couple among them.

"I am Heeba Sheikh(Shiny Doshi)," said one woman who Zoya recognized.

"I am Waqar Sheikh(Mohit Sehgal)," said her husband whom also Zoya recognized.

Zoya was puzzled to see Heeba n Waqar in dis competition. She never talked to them or saw them in person but she saw them on photos on Ayaan facebook profile. Heeba n Waqar too recognized her as they saw her photos on Asad's facebook profile. Still, no one say dat Zoya will favour dis couple as she knows them as Zoya is d head of d company n not part of d judges panel in d competition. Zoya will hardly be front stage during d competition.

"Nice to know u all," said Zoya.

She gave some briefing to them before they went to practice in d rehearsal room.

Zoya was going back to her cabin wen she stopped seeing Heeba n Waqar in d corridor on hearing wat they were speaking.

"Waqar, I fear dat abbu will not like me in dis dancing competition on national TV. He don't even know dat I wear modern clothes also as I like them," said Heeba.

Zoya lukd at her yellow top n blue jeans n suddenly remembered dat how she is wearing modern clothes even wen her family think such clothes as disgusting.

"Don't worry, Heeba," said Waqar kissing her knuckles, "Ur abbu will not be able to do anything to u as I am wid u like he can't do anything wid u working wid me in our company as 50% owner. Its ur life n no has any rights to stop u 4m living ur life."

"Abbu just got me married to u widout my consent to get rid of me. I don't know why he hates me. As u know very well dat he hates me so much but ammi loves me. I was so worried dat how my husband will be but u proved me wrong by being a nice guy. U gave me confidence n made me live my life d way I always wanted," said Heeba emotionally.

Waqar kisses her forehead n hugs her.

"U sud only think abt d competition not ur abbu," said Waqar softly.

Zoya smiles seeing such a lovely couple n gets sad thinking abt her n Asad's relation by recalling how Asad told her dat is marrying her just for his mother's happiness. She brushed of her smile n lukd at d couple wid disinterest before walking to her cabin D couple were unaware of her watching them. She sits on her chair n opens her laptop.

"I sud not get too happy on seeing them cuz they r Siddiqui's daughter n son-in-law. I wish I cud throw dis couple out but I can't be mean wid them," said Zoya.

Scene shifts to Asad's office cabin.

"Luks like Tanveer is not liking Zoya for not letn her go near Farhan. Why she is all of a sudden trying to be friendly wid Farhan so much?" said Asad.

Just then, Asad gets a call 4m d detective dat Tanveer visits hospital cuz she is 4 months pregnant. He is shocked to know dis. He recalls how she avoided some dishes like fish n papaya every. He wonders why she lied to everyone abt dis.

"I need to get information 4m Tanveer's doctor abt dis n also find abt her abusive husband," said Asad.

He recalls how Zoya told at d hospital after their sangeet dat she saw Tanveer talking to d doctor wen she was supposed to be unconscious due to d fire n her injuries.

"Zoya will not lie abt dis. I was an idiot to think wat she was saying as being childish. I am getn to know new things abt Tanveer every day. D attacks were on Zoya such as live wires, chandelier falling n acid mehndi. There is someone who wants to harm Zoya. If according to our doubts it Tanveer's abusive husband then why he is targeting Zoya? Wat has she done to him? Tanveer did not even showed me a single photo of her husband which she sud have normally shown us so dat we wud know how her husband looks n be careful abt him. I need to ask Tanveer abt d photo. No not now. I think she will give another excuse. Tanveer is pregnant 4m 4 months n she did not told us such an important thing. Dat day she lied abt going to d mall but actually went to meet Imraan n ask money 4m him. She even tuk 2 crores 4m him n asks for 10 lakhs in 2 days otherwise she will tell his secret to everyone. Wat secret Imraan may have dat he is giving money to her weneva she wants. Tanveer is pregnant so for dat she asked him 10K for anaemia injection. Why she is always asking money 4m Imraan? Wat connection she has wid him?" said Asad.

He recalls himself saving Zoya 4m getn electrocuted in d bathroom n hugging after which Zoya asked him if he meant d engagement which he refused. He feels guilty thinking dat.

"Its cuz of me dat Zoya went to d bathroom to remove d ring as I always told her dat I got engaged to her to only stop 4m going back to New York. If I had not said dat then Zoya wud not have not gone to d bathroom to remove d ring n her life wud not have been in danger. Don't know how d live wire came in her bathroom n in her bath-tub only? Who may have cut d rope of d chandelier? Who may have put acid in her mehndi? I need to find d person who is behind Zoya's life before he or she tries to hurt her again. I need to clarify whether its Tanveer's abusive husband or someone else," said Asad.

Scene shifts to SM. Haseena, Chand n Imraan had come there to invite them for Imraan's birthday party. All r chatting wen Haseena says sumthn dat shocked SM people.

"I am deciding to invite Asad, Zoya n Najma too. Najma is Nikhat's sister n Asad-Zoya r newly married so I want to invite them also," said Haseena wid a smile.

"How can u even think of dat, Haseena?" asked Razia shockingly.

"Come on, Razia. Its just a party. Since they r also related to ur family its our duty to invite at least d youngsters as its Imraan's birthday party," replied Haseena wid a smile.

"Fine," said Razia reluctantly.

"Ayaan, u sud invite them. I am sure they will listen to u," said Haseena wid a smile.

Ayaan was happy n tensed also. He was happy cuz he will get to spend time wid Asad, Zoya n Najma n he is tensed cuz he is worried dat they may refuse to come.

In d evening, all were having tea.

"I can't believe I have to tolerate those Heeba n Waqar dat is Siddiqui's daughter n son-in-law in d competition," blabbered Zoya unhappily, "Already Heeba's family hates us n if they come to know dat she n her husband r contestants of a couple dancing show on national TV then I don't want them to come me n give lectures on how their sanskaari daughter is wearing so n so clothes in d competition as she will have to wear all kinds of clothes like other contestants. I don't want them to blame me for ruining their so-called reputation."

Others were shocked to see her attitude.

"Zoya, wats Heeba n Waqar's faults in dis?" asked Najma.

"They r not at fault but I don't want their izzatdaar family to blame me which will affect d reputation of Fragrant Flower," replied Zoya, "Also, I don't want to accused of favouring dat couple if they win dat I am behind their winning as I know them. "But u can't be accused of favouring as u r not part of judging panel," said Asad.

Just then, d doorbell rang. It was Ayaan.

"Asalaam waleikum, bhaijaan," said Ayaan wid a smile.

"Waleikum asalaam," said others wid a smile.

"Who is dis guy?" asked Ayaan pointing to Farhan.

"He is my childhood BFF Faru I mean Farhan Qureshi," replied Zoya wid a smile.

Ayaan felt jealous at Zoya calling Farhan as BFF not them.

"Oh nice," said Ayaan wid a reluctant smile.

"Luks like u r not happy to see me," said Farhan noticing his reluctant smile.

"No its not like dis," said Ayaan.

"I was just kidding," said Farhan wid a laugh.

"Well I came here to invite bhaijaan, Mona n Najma for Imraan's birthday party which will be day after 2mrw evening. D party is at Qureshi's another house," said Ayaan.

Asad was abt to flatly refuse but he recalled abt Imraan's meeting wid Tanveer n stopped. He needs a chance to find a clue abt Imraan on wats his connection wid Tanveer.

"We will come," said Asad.

Zoya got angry at him accepting d invitation.

"How can u accept d invitation to join d people who always insults us?" asked Zoya angrily, "Dat Haseena insulted me along wid her friend even calling me a wh**e for wearing jeans at Quran Khwani. Dat Razia accused me of poisoning her darling daughter n even slapped me n even called me wh**e for my dressing sense along wid badly insulting ammi. Still u have d audacity to come here n invite us for a party where they will be there. Last time, ur n our families crossed each other n we were badly insulting by ur mother n Razia. Ur mother even cursed ammi dat her children will never be happy. Do u really think I will come to join people like u?"

"Zoya, plz calm," said Asad.

"Listen Asad, if u & Najma don't care abt ur self-respect n wants to go then u both can go but don't expect me to be ur damn trophy wife to accompany u to every parties," said Zoya.

Ayaan n others were hurt.

"Zoe, I think u sud go as u sud not let go of a chance to have free food," said Farhan coolly n asks, "Ayaan, can I also come too since I am Zoe's BFF?"

"Yes, u can also come," agreed Ayaan.

"I am ready to come," said Zoya lukn at Farhan.

Ayaan wonders why Zoya refused him n Asad but quickly agreed to her friend Farhan.

"Ayaan, join us for tea na," said Dilshad wid a smile.

"Bring tea for Ayaan," said Zoya to a maid to which she nodded.

Ayaan sat wid others.

"Oops I forgot to invite Tanveer," said Ayaan.

"Sorry, I can't come as I have some important work," said Tanveer.

Asad luks at her n wonders, "Wat important work she may be having."

"Wat important work, Tanveer?" asked Asad.

"I have a meeting at a partners house regarding my business," replied Tanveer.

"Ohh," said Asad.

"I think Haseena called us cuz its our house only where is giving d party I mean d house given by Asad as dowry which is yet to be transferred in her name," said Zoya wid a smirk.

Others were shocked wid wat she said. No one was understanding wat to say.

"Well, I hope Razia n Haseena does not make me angry there," said Zoya coolly.

"Zoya, u r calling 2 elderly women by name dat is calling Razia n Haseena instead of calling them wid respect," said Najma shockingly.

"Sorry babes, all r not great. I did not expected u to tell me respect d people who insulted me a lot. Just now, I said Ayaan dat wat all they did to me but u still r offended wid me calling them by their name n want me to call them by respect," said Zoya bitterly.

Zoya left d hall for her leaving Najma shocked wid wat she said.

"Najma, u sud not have hurt Zoe like dis. She always thought as one of her best friends but instead of knowing her feelings u were pointing out her mistakes," said Farhan.

"Wats going on? Why Mona is behaving different after marriage?" asked Ayaan.

"She is behaving d way she sud have behaved long ago," replied Farhan.

"Wat do u mean?" asked Ayaan confusingly.

"U won't understand so leave it," replied Farhan wid a sigh.

"She was not like dat before," said Ayaan.

"Dats d reason some people tuk her for granted," said Farhan.

Asad felt guilty while Ayaan, Dilshad n Najma were clueless.

"I am not understanding wat u r saying," said Ayaan.

"Dats why I said to leave it. I will bring Zoe to have tea wid us," said Farhan.

Farhan got up.

"I think u were supposed to wat I am doing," said Farhan lukn at Asad before leaving d hall.

Asad understood wat he meant. He was abt to bring Zoya back but he knew dat she will not listen to him n only insult him. Tanveer was jealous to see Farhan's concern for Zoya.

Scene shifts to AsYa's room. Zoya was was standing in her room. Farhan came inside.

"Zoe, come out na n finish ur tea," said Farhan.

"Faru, u heard na wat dat dumb girl lectured to me. All her life, she cud not stand for herself in front of her idiot bhaijaan to let him know wat she wants n now she wants me to be like her. Sorry, I don't want to be Najma- Part 2," said Zoya.

"No one is teln u to be Najma- Part 2, Zoe. I know u r angry wid her but now come out n finish ur tea wid them. I think Ayaan is unhappy wid me as u called me as BFF instead of him. I saw jealousy on his face n also his reluctant smile to me. He will feel so confused at u getn ready to come to d hall on being called by me," said Farhan.

"I don't care wat Ayaan thinks. But I am sure Asad will feel so hurt on seeing me cumn wen u told me d same way I felt bad weneva Asad listened to only Tanveer not me," said Zoya.

"Dats so nice. Then come out wid me," said Farhan wid a smile.

ZoHan held each others hand n came out in d hall. Tanveer felt jealous seeing them cumn holding each others hand while others were shocked to see them holding hands like dat.

"Zoe, Najma is a child so please forget it," said Farhan purposely.

"Najma is not a child but a 20 year old adult woman even though her brother treats her like a 2 year old child. I came here only cuz u told me to come," said Zoya.

Najma was hurt hearing wat Zoya said while Zoya smiled which Asad noticed. He saw Zoya smiling on Najma trying to fight back her tears. He did not failed to notice her pointing at him for always controlling Najma n not letn her live life her own way.

"Let it be, Zoe. Forget all dis n have tea," said Farhan wid a smile.

ZoHan let go of their hands n sat on d couch wid others. Zoya did not talked to anyone throughout their having tea n snacks except Farhan. Ayaan cud not understand why Zoya was talking to Farhan only while ignoring others. Ayaan left after an hour.

Zoya goes to her room after Ayaan left n Asad follows her.

"Wats Najma's fault dat u r hurting her like dis?" asked Asad.

"As I told u earlier even my parents were not at fault but u still insult them to hurt me. By d way, its Najma started by teln me to talk to those bitches wid respect," replied Zoya.

Asad was silent as he lukd at d woman who hardly hurt anyone before.

"I am tired of making everyone happy by doing good for them wen I get nothing in return. I am tired of being selfless. I made cake for ammi wen she was upset but u put me down n only paid attention to d messy kitchen. I helped Najma by fighting wid goons but u only paid attention to me getn in jail affecting ur reputation n insulted me very badly. I helped Elena thinking she loves but u insulted me for misconception of D-i-l wid D-e-a-l even though wen Elena did not showed any disappointment to me. I kidnapped Ayaan 4m d hospital to help him meet wid u but u only cared d promise u made to ur ammi n threatened to kill me even tearing an important information regarding my so-called abbu who I am not interested in finding now. I helped Mariam in stopping her to commit suicide n help her run 4m her marriage wid her rapist but u only blamed me n insulted me. I saved ur mother 4m getn killed by dat shooter n fought wid him but all I got was a brutal slap 4m u even getn a cut on my hand due to tap of drinking water n later u even manhandled me, threatened to kill n told me dat I don't deserve a mother. I tried to help Ayaan in saving ur father getn jail for sumthn he had not done but u insulted me n left me at an abandoned not caring dat I can get lost or someone may kidnap me. I helped in changing cylinder but u blamed for nearly causing blast n even told Tanveer in alone dat I don't deserve to live in any family unaware dat I was listening to ur talks. I used presence of mind n gave u epipin wen others forgot abt it wen u consumed satay chicken wid peanuts but after getn better u insulted me n accused me of trying to kill u wen I did not even knew abt ur allergy. How cud u think me as a murderer? I went to Siddiqui house so dat u cud see us brother's engagement but u only paid attention to Razia insulting ur mother n told Mr. Bhatawdekar d truth dat we r not engaged nearly getn me deported. I tuk blood sample of Tanveer to help everyone in knowing abt her problem but u easily thought dat I cud change her blood sample wid chicken's blood n insulted me very badly. I did so much for everyone but no one values dat. U all people r selfish who only think abt themselves not me. I was naive n dumb to help everyone n make everyone happy thinking dat by doing all dat I will get happened 4m seeing others happy but I was wrong. I only got hurt n pain in return," said Zoya n started crying bitterly.

Asad was shocked at her outburst. He was really a jerk to her. He was feeling bad on seeing her crying like dis. He abt to go to her console her n wipe her tears but she stopped him showing her hand.

She wiped her tears n said in a strong voice, "Stop there, Asad. I don't need ur f**king sympathy. Now, I am not naive n dumb anymore. I only want my happiness. I will only think of my happiness for which even if I have to hurt anyone."

Asad became shocked at wat she said. He recalled Zoya smiling seeing Najma hurt n trying to fight back tears. He then lukd at Zoya who was only lukn at him wid bitterness.

Precap: #Heeba n Waqar asks Zoya abt her marriage wid Asad but she tells them to only concentrate on their competition n not interfere in her personal matters.

#Asad comes late 4m d office. Zoya acts normally wid him n lays table for him n her while others were asleep. She tells him dat its chicken satay. As Asad tuk a bite, Zoya tells him sorry dat she put peanuts by mistake. Asad panics n asks for epipin but she only smirks at him. She tells him just like he forgot her fear of fire wen she did not pass shawl to Tanveer she forgot abt his allergy n tells him dat dat day he was saved by her but 2nite no one will save him. Asad gets scared n tries to leave d kitchen to go to his room but Zoya shuts d kitchen door shocking him. She tells him in a psychotic tone dat he sud not have forget dat she was pyrophobic wen he was in love wid her shocking n scaring Asad.

A/N: Precap is so shocking. What will happen next? I know its rare to see Zoya or any other heroine in this way but women too have emotions and feelings which can get hurt and not all such women can be so forgiving to the people hurting them. Imagine an elderly woman and a girl like your younger sister are actually happy with you getting married to a man who they know has hurt you a lot. Will you have same love with those women or feel betrayed? I can't hate Zoya for whatever she is doing to Asad and others but in future parts I myself will hate her😆.
