Thank you. Ishwari's biggest concern is that Sona is a better person and better at every relationship than her. So she ends up looking less in front of her every time. She is also worried this Goddess mask she was wearing for so long won't stay forever because Sona is truly the better human being and unlike her she doesn't need to pretend to be good.
Lies have a short self life. Her lies lasted so long because she raised Dev with blindfold on his eyes where she is concerned. But bright sunlight tend to even penetrate a blindfold. Her worry is that one day, Sona's glow will penetrate the blinders she had put on Dev since childhood and he will see her real face clearly and may actually feel disgusted by her selfishness and facade of motherhood. That's the same reason, she was also worried about Asha who is a better person and mother without constantly bragging about it.

Although the speech by Ishwari was about motherhood but it was a underhand accusation of Sona too! Her reference to mumma's boy was meant for Sona. But despite that Sona got up when Dev-Ishwari were hugging each other and made it a group hug! What a wonderful person Sona is! It is not surprising because she is the daughter of Asha and Bijoy. Ishwari is able to give such speeches and getting the first piece of cake because of the goodness of her bahu, Sona. If she was nasty, she could have mentally tortured her MIL or would have whisked away Dev from this Dixit orbit! High time Ishwari understand the goodness of Sona and gives her some credit instead of always trying to take all the credit!
