I dont think she cares as long as ashish loves her the most. The only reason she even thought of it was because of avni.

There is a saying Love is Blind i feel that's the theory Asha respects till Anvi request from Ashish she need a Normal family .

Asha loves ashish unconditionally she never demanded anything because she believed everything he said, He wanted his mother to get over her hatred and to accept Asha. In the last 11 years he never found the right time to tell her and when he did it all went pear shaped for him.

Asha said the right thing I will not be the other women in your life, she also knows Ashish will always love her and not Neela and she doesn't want to come between them so she has removed herself to which I admire her she has given up her right to Ashish so Neela could be happy (which remains to be see )

Asha loving him unconditionally and not coming in between him and his future partner is great thought.
