Are male model turned actors jinxed ??

Except Akshay , is there any male model turned actor who made it big ? Compared to that , lot of female models infact majority made it big

OTT, Yes for HERO, not for heroines. Acting and modelling require two different capabilities

hmm sort of true.. but I think that is also cz girls from outside somehow get the chance to enter BW's closely guarded gates easier compared to guys.. and those girls most of the time start off with modeling only.. So most of the A list actresses r complete outsiders and have started that way..

Heroes specially in recent past majority r star kids.. very few outsiders make it to the A list.. So the lack of success of male models.. I can only think of John & Arjun Rampal even as moderate successes..

And it seems like BW is annoyingly becoming even more closeted inside itself with the next gen coming in!! ughh!
