Nope. He only started talking from Daksh's point of view when he started explaining how Daksh is going into obsessive lover territory. Before that he said and I quote verbatim 'Daksh is a negative justified character' and compared it to SRK's character in Darr too. That was definitely not him talking from Daksh's POV!

A criminal's perspective being right or wrong doesn't matter! Matter is the actor trying to justify a creep.
