Local actors know their limitation, and they know people are sensitive so they wouldnt do such thin but in case of Chris, It wasnt intentional, and its not the first time he tuck the flag in his pocket, he did it many time. so going by history, the organizer should have told him he can't tuck flag in India as it could hurt sentiment but again its not possible to handover rule book to every guest unless they r repeated offender.
